Scott with reliable rides has on numerous occasions taken my friends and I out to places like Woodridge Farm Brewery in Nelson Co. To Pro Renata brewery in Crozet, he’s taken us on outings and even brought me home from the hospital once. Superior service, timely, super friendly, down to earth, biggest heart I’ve ever seen, and is disciplined to stay alert and Sober while on duty. Reliable rides is always my first choice when I want to go have fun with my friends but don’t want the risk of driving back, or if you’re hurt and can’t drive, he’s still got your back too. 10-10 hands down the best rural and local service around. Don’t waste your time and money on the others, call Scott!!

Always count on these guys

Good thati I was notified two days prior to our trip that their drivers were Covid positive, that’s the good news. The bad news there was no back up vehicle, no back up driver we just had to cancel. I had people coming from out of town and I had already spent hundreds of dollars on food to entertain these people that can’t be returned, so very disappointed. I should’ve known when I heard that one of the drivers went on a cruise which makes me think large amount of people no mask and then they turn up positive for Covid not a great business model.

Scott and his lovely wife, Gena, drove my family group of 13 around for a wonderful day out at the wineries and breweries in Nelson county, VA, to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 70th birthday. My Airbnb host recommended Scott for our winery tour and from first contact Scott was extremely friendly, polite and professional. He truly works to accommodate your every need. He and his wife drove our group in 2 clean and comfy minivans. They were very flexible with their time and even stayed longer when we were having too much fun to end the day! They were so kind with our kids as well. They offered to run out and pick up sandwiches while we were at the winery so we didn’t have to waste any time between our destinations. We were able to completely customize our tour and Scott was very helpful with recommendations for family friendly spots as well. Chatting with Scott and Gena was like reconnecting with old friends!! We had looked into a few of the (much more expensive) limo companies and we are so glad we chose to go with reliable rides. They offered the best, customized, flexible and friendly service we never could’ve gotten with a bigger company. Not to mention the price was much more reasonable. All in all we highly recommend reliable rides. Trustworthy and fantastic!! Thank you so much Scott (and Gena)! ! Hope to see you again soon!!

I wish I could give more stars! We spent the day with Scott visiting local breweries - he was prompt, professional, super friendly and made our day easy and fun. His easy humor and responsiveness made it a day to remember! Highly recommend!

Scott was very communicative and introduced our driver prior to the trip. Tom was awesome, he provided information on the places we visited throughout the day (3 wineries + a distillery) and the 12 passenger van was extremely nice and comfortable to ride in. The price was extremely fair as well. All in all it was a great experience. We will absolutely be using Reliable Rides again!
